Client business data. If you are a client, we may access your website, analytics, Google Business Profile, search console data, CRM contacts, and similar accounts so we can perform the services.

4. AI Voice Agents, Call Recording, and Transcription

Services we provide to clients. When we deploy voice AI on behalf of a client business, that business decides why and how call data is used, and we process the data on its behalf. Please refer to that business's privacy policy for details. We do not use client call data for our own marketing.

A2P verification and phone numbers for voice AI. 

To receive a phone number for use with our voice AI and messaging services, clients must complete A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC verification, which includes registering their business brand and messaging campaign with the carriers. We collect the business information needed for this registration, such as your legal business name, EIN or tax ID, business address, website, and authorized contact details, and share it with our telephony provider and carrier registries solely to complete verification. Phone numbers will not be provisioned or activated until verification is approved. Carriers and registries make the final decision on approval, and we cannot guarantee approval or timing.

We use cookies and similar tools (for example, Google Analytics, advertising pixels, and the tracking built into our website and CRM platform) to understand how visitors use our site and to improve marketing.
